JOB TITLE: Player Services Representative
REPORTS TO: Player Services Manager / Assistant Golf Professional
LOCATION: Copper Rock Golf Course, Hurricane, Utah
Position Summary
The Player Services Representative ensures a high-quality golf experience by supporting guests before, during, and after play. This includes golf cart prep, range service, pace-of-play monitoring, and maintaining course cleanliness, while delivering outstanding hospitality.
This position reports directly to the Player Services Manager and Assistant Golf Professional.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Experience: Greet and assist guests, answer questions, explain course rules, and ensure a welcoming environment.
- Golf Cart Operations: Stage, clean, and maintain carts; monitor cart safety and readiness.
- Range & Facility Maintenance: Set up and restock range stations, clean and service restrooms and water stations, and remove trash from course.
- Pace of Play: Act as Starter and Marshall to maintain flow and resolve delays.
- Course Support: Monitor cleanliness, fix divots and ball marks, and report course issues.
- Tournaments & Events: Assist with setup, coordination, and guest support.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of golf etiquette preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet in outdoor conditions
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
