Full-time | $18 plus per hour | Sundays off
Represent furniture made to last for generations. Copeland Furniture is seeking a full-time Sales Associate to join our Factory Outlet team in Bradford, Vermont.
This customer-facing role combines consultative sales with administrative support. You’ll help customers from across Northern New England and beyond select the right high-end furniture for their home, respond to inquiries, process orders, coordinate pickups and deliveries, and support daily Outlet operations.
Furniture experience is not required. We’ll train you on our products and craftsmanship. Strong customer service, professional communication, and confidence using computers and Microsoft applications are essential.

What We’re Looking For:
- Strong customer service skills with professional verbal and written communication.
- Comfort using computers and Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently and as part of a small team.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work full-time, including every Saturday.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when assisting with furniture, customer pickups, or Outlet inventory.
What You’ll Do:
- Help customers select furniture, finishes, and options while providing knowledgeable, personalized service in person, by phone, and by email.
- Process and manage orders, invoices, customer information, pickups, deliveries, and related communication.
- Support Outlet inventory, pricing, signage, and customer purchases.
- Collaborate with internal teams and assist during major sales and promotional periods.

Pay:
- $18.00 per hour
- Higher starting pay may be considered based on relevant experience
Schedule:
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Five daytime shifts, Monday through Saturday; every Saturday is required
