Looking for steady, hands-on work with a Vermont furniture manufacturer? Copeland Furniture in Bradford, VT, is hiring full-time team members to help inspect, protect, and prepare our solid wood furniture for shipment.
No packing or shipping experience? We'll train you! We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy being part of a team.
What You'll Do:
- Inspect finished furniture for quality and defects.
- Clean, protect, and prepare furniture for packaging.
- Make minor repairs and perform basic assembly or disassembly as needed.
- Operate box-making equipment and package furniture for shipment.
- Label, organize, and prepare outgoing orders.
- Assist with loading trucks, occasional furniture deliveries, and other production tasks.

Work Schedule:
- Monday–Friday, starting around 6:00 AM.
