Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Hiawatha, IA, for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Daily responsibilities include managing a portfolio of accounts, handling customer inquiries, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services, and identifying opportunities for business development. The role requires exceptional communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
