What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist position at COPE Community Services, Inc.?
We are looking for a receptionist to join our Methadone Clinic team! Under the direction and supervision of the Program Director and Office Manager, the Receptionist will perform the administrative functions of scheduling/coordinating client appointments and providing quality customer service.
Shift: Early Morning Hours! Monday - Friday 4:30 am - 1:30 pm, occasional Saturdays 6:00 am - 10:00 am
Clinic Hours: Monday - Friday 4:30 am - 1:30 pm, Saturdays 6:00 am - 10:00 am
Minimum Qualifications
Must be 21 years of age (licensing requirement).
Applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

- High school diploma or GED plus one (1) year full-time experience performing front desk duties.
- Eligible for DPS Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance. Must be maintained throughout employment.
