- \$48,960 annualized (for unlicensed Therapist)
- \$55,080 annualized (Associate Level Therapist)
- \$71,400 annualized (Independent Level Therapist)
- Masters degree from an accredited college in a behavioral health
- At time of hire, must be actively engaged in the process of becoming
