In the therapy role, you will:
- Perform comprehensive clinical assessments
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Coordinate cases and provide counseling.
- Review and sign clinical documents as a Behavioral Health Professional.
- Serve as a clinical consultant to the treatment team.

This is an in-person position at an outpatient clinic.
Starting Pay:
- $48,000 annualized (for unlicensed Therapist)
- $54,000 annualized (Associate Level Therapist)
- $70,000 annualized (Independent Level Therapist)
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master’s degree from an accredited college in a behavioral health field.
- At time of hire, must be actively engaged in the process of becoming licensed in an appropriate discipline (counseling, marriage and family therapy or social work) by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners. Must be licensed within six (6) months of hire.

Additional Requirements:
Must be 21 years of age (licensure and automobile insurance requirement) and possess a valid AZ driver’s license with a “clean” or “acceptable” driving record.
Applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
