Who Weβre Looking For
We seek a Peer Recovery Coach passionate about providing compassionate, person-centered support to individuals with mental illness.
Minimum Requirements:
β Age 21 with High School Diploma/GED
β Peer Support Certification (or complete within 90 days)
β Lived Experience Meeting AHCCCS Peer Support Requirements
β Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card eligibility
β Valid AZ Driverβs License with clean record & reliable transportation (80% field-based work)
β Physical ability to meet job demands (standing/walking 70-90%, lifting up to 50 lbs)
β Culturally diverse & inclusive mindset
Key Responsibilities
πΉ Utilize personal recovery experience to mentor and support others.
πΉ Advocate for comprehensive, individualized services for program participants.
πΉ Assist with community resource access and vocational/educational opportunities.
πΉ Maintain compliance with CARF, contract, and regulatory standards.
πΉ Build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and community partners.
