Copa Health is looking for an experienced, independently licensed behavioral health professional to join our Clinical Education & Workforce Development team.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who is passionate about clinical supervision, professional development, and building pathways into the behavioral health workforce. This role will our master's level internship program, help expand educational partnerships and opportunities for bachelor's-level and other behavioral health students, and provide clinical supervision to professionals working toward independent licensure.

What You'll Do

• Lead and grow Copa Health’s master’s-level internship program
• Provide clinical supervision to master’s-level interns and eligible clinicians pursuing independent licensure
• Develop relationships with colleges, universities, and behavioral health education programs
• Coordinate bachelor’s-level internships, practicums, and other educational experiences
• Partner with Clinical Education, People First, and operational leaders to build pathways from education → employment → professional growth
• Develop structured learning experiences, competencies, and professional development opportunities
• Help shape the future of Copa Health’s clinical workforce development strategy
  
  

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field
• Independent behavioral health licensure in Arizona
• Ability to meet applicable Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (AZBBHE) requirements to provide clinical supervision
• Minimum of five years of behavioral health experience
• Experience with clinical supervision, training, internships, or professional development
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and program coordination skills
