Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Client Services Manager to lead our customer engagement efforts and ensure exceptional service delivery. This role is responsible for securing and maintaining public benefits; serving as Social Security Representative Payee, VA Fiduciary, Court appointed Guardian and/or Conservator, Healthcare Representative; and managing trusts, pension distributions, private estates and property.
Must demonstrate outstanding organizational and management skills; communicate effectively and collaboratively with staff, clients and community partners; and exercise a high degree of integrity, initiative, discretion, and judgement.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for opening all bank accounts for new clients.
- Set up new accounts in QuickBooks and Check Magic.
- Establish client budgets, discuss it with the beneficiary, and involve them as much as possible.
- Update client budgets every six months.
- Ensure all invoices, bulls, 512's and EOB's are complete and accurate, and insurance has been billed.
- Work with Social Security Resource Administrator on changes and eligibility benefits.
- File guardianship and conservatorship accountings with the court.
Skills
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Multilingual proficiency is highly desirable to effectively serve a global client base.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with a track record of supervising teams and managing complex projects.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas, negotiate effectively, and build rapport.
- Proven customer service expertise with a focus on understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
