Coordinated Services Management, Inc., a Roanoke-based Senior Living management company, is seeking an energetic, task-driven, and detail-oriented individual to support the operations of affordable housing independent senior communities within our portfolio. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who thrives in a team environment and is passionate about serving others.
No prior property management experience is required — we are willing to train the right candidate! A strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and commitment to delivering high-quality work are most important.
The Assistant Property Manager will work closely with the low-income senior living communities in managing day-to-day operations, including payroll processing, credit card reconciliation, new hire paperwork, reporting, and correspondence with managing partners/boards. This role also provides logistical support in planning regional conferences and training sessions (including securing hotel reservations, meal coordination, etc.). Some travel may be required.
We are looking for someone who is:

- A strong communicator with excellent customer service skills.
- A quick learner who is comfortable working with new systems and tools (e.g., payroll, CRM software).
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- A commitment to treating others with compassion and respect.
Preferred (but not required):
- Knowledge of affordable housing (Section 8 compliance) and/or senior living experience is a plus.
- 1 year of administrative, property management, or related office experience.
