Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for customer IT service requests.
- Coordinate IT support teams for efficient use of resources.
- Process and dispatch service tickets quickly and accurately.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely, effective support.
- Accurately record time, expenses, and service details.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Positive, customer-focused attitude.
- Basic computer and IT knowledge.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt quickly.
- Technical aptitude to match resources to issues.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
