Coopman Search & Selection is partnering with a leading aircraft leasing platform to hire a Senior Pricing Analyst. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong analytical, financial modelling, and portfolio management experience who are looking to grow within the aviation leasing sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide analytical support across aircraft acquisitions, financings, sales, and other investment activities
• Support the deal team with financial modelling, data analysis, and pricing insights
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on portfolio and asset management matters
• Assist across the full transaction lifecycle, from new deals through to portfolio management and value realisation
• Conduct market research, data analytics, and reporting to support commercial and pricing decisions
• Develop and improve analytical tools, dashboards, and reporting systems
• Support strategy development, portfolio optimisation, and capital formation initiatives
• Attend board meetings and industry events when required
Requirements:
• Strong academic background in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
• 2–4 years’ experience in data analytics, portfolio management, strategic finance, pricing, or risk analytics
• Aviation or aircraft leasing experience is beneficial but not essential
• Advanced Excel skills with experience building financial models and analysing large datasets
• Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills
• Ability to turn complex data into clear commercial insights
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organised with the ability to work across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
