Finance Manager

Coopman Search and Selection are delighted to be partnering with a global aircraft leasing company who are looking to hire a Finance Manager to their Dallas based team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Main financial contact for all entities on the Irish platform.
• Manage monthly/quarterly reporting and coordinate with external service providers.
• Prepare audit packs and support the external audit process.
• Maintain relationships with auditors and service providers.
• Represent finance on Deal Teams and aircraft transactions.
• Prepare internal reports and analyse business performance.
• Handle cross-departmental queries and data requests.
• Support internal controls and process improvements.
• Assist with accounting standards analysis on new policies/transactions.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as needed by leadership.

Core Competencies:

• Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CPA, or CIMA)
• 4 years' post-qualified experience in aircraft leasing
• Big 4 training experience preferred
• Strong technical expertise with transaction experience in the industry.
• Proficient in MS Office and general IT systems.
• High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and confidently present to senior management.
