Job Responsibilities
- Engagement Management: Oversee and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, ensuring all federal and state deadlines are met with precision
- Technical Review: Conduct high-level reviews of staff-prepared returns for a variety of entities, including 1065, 1120, 1120S, 990, 1040, and 1041
- Client Advisory: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance on tax planning, information gathering, and regulatory compliance
- Staff Development: Review staff work and provide actionable, constructive feedback to mentor junior accountants and support their technical growth
- Complex Research: Research and resolve sophisticated tax issues and multi-state filing requirements with confidence and accuracy
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay at the forefront of changing tax laws and TCJA updates to ensure the firm and its clients remain fully compliant
Education & Licensing
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is REQUIRED
- CPA License is preferred (or demonstrated progress toward completion)
- Master's in Taxation (MST) is a significant advantage
- Minimum of four (4) or more years of Public Accounting experience is REQUIRED
- Strong background in both the preparation and review of complex federal and state tax returns
- Proven experience managing multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment

Salary : $110,000 - $135,000
