What The Job Is
CPI is looking for someone who likes greeting customers, answering telephones, running errands and relaying messages. CPI is a safety minded company thus such policies must be followed. Customer Service Representatives will also be responsible for processing payments received at the Hastings location, preparing bank deposits and Electronic Fund Transfers (EFT) as well as assisting other employees, clients or customers by answering questions related to accounts, procedures and services.

- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or related work experience and/or training.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Proficient in Date Entry.
- Working knowledge of business computer skills (Microsoft Office, accounting, database and internet software)
- Ability to adapt to changing situations.
- Effective problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read, write and speak English.
- Prolong periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- May be required to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
