We are Cooperative Home Care, a locally owned and operated home care company that has been helping our clients to live their most confident and fulfilling lives at home for over 40 years! We are seeking a Director of Nursing to grow with our company and our census. Someone who is confident in his or her ability to administer and coordinate clinical, nursing, and rehabilitation services, plus personal care programs. This position will also directly supervise clinical and office staff and be responsible for day-to-day patient care operations. Are YOU that RN?
Director of Nursing Responsibilities:
- Maintain up-to-date compliance with state, federal, and licensure-regulatory requirements applicable to home health and reimbursement with consistency and expertise.
- Direct all clinical services: establishing objectives then implementing, coordinating, maintaining, and evaluating all patient care.
- Oversee fiscal planning, budgeting, and resource management.
- Act as a liaison between staff, patients, physicians, and other health care providers.
- Develop and maintain positive physician relationships ensuring effective, proactive, and ongoing communication.
- Provide guidance to staff and clinical teams for continual improvement of all aspects of our health care services.
- Current MO license.
- Minimum of 2 years clinical management experience.
- Home Health experience strongly preferred.
- Exceptional leadership and clinical abilities.
- Self-motivated and able to manage with minimal oversight.
- Keen knowledge of the most current state, federal, and licensure-regulatory requirements, and a timely awareness of upcoming and newly implemented changes.

- Salary range of $95,000-$105,000 a year with guaranteed growth based on census growth.
