Pillar Search & HR Consulting is pleased to announce its ongoing partnership with Cooperative for Human Services in Lexington, MA, as we seek a new Vice President of Programs.
This key role reports directly to the CEO and encompasses overall strategic and operational responsibility for all CHS residential and individual support programs and service areas. The Vice President of Programs will be instrumental in building a strong team, fostering a culture of accountability, enhancing programs and services, and ensuring a positive impact in the communities served by CHS. This leader will embody the organization’s mission, vision, and values through daily engagement with individuals served, employees, and the management team.
The Vice President of Programs will also develop a comprehensive understanding of each functional area’s projects, program operations, and business plans. Initial focus areas will include programmatic leadership and oversight, operational processes and efficiencies, regulatory compliance, and service quality excellence.
This position is open due to internal growth, with a salary range of $170,000-$200,000.
