Reporting to the SVP, Strategy & Planning, the Sr. Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals and lead the execution of key initiatives from concept to completion.
What You'll Do:
- Business Strategy: Partner with Operations, and key functional leaders to set and execute on strategic vision; implement planning and activation processes, create organizational alignment, and deliver on established objectives
- Enterprise Project Management: Manage large-scale projects and programs to drive and maximize organizational value and speed to market. Define project scope, assumptions, risks, and approach, including budget, timelines, and communications. Develop and implement reporting to create visibility across initiatives and ensure focus.
- Business Performance Optimization: Develop and implement action plans to optimize business performance and lead initiatives to drive critical business, segment, and enterprise strategies and priorities which may include: process re-engineering, efficiency projects, integrating business objectives across all areas of the business
- Master Planning and Prioritization: Support enterprise-wide master planning processes to align strategic initiatives with organizational goals, ensuring the prioritization of projects that deliver the highest value and impact across the company; build annual roadmaps
- Lead, Influence, Align: Indirectly lead and influence executive and cross-functional leaders within the organization to achieve common objectives and business strategies; drive integration and align priorities horizontally
- Must represent Cooper’s Hawk values
- 7 years of experience in strategic project management, innovation, or related fields, with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, or related field
- Outstanding leadership abilities with a focus on collaboration and proven success as a leader with a high-growth, innovative organization
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate ideas into actionable plans.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Flexibility, accountability, resourcefulness, and the ability to build strong relationships across the organization
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- A high-touch, hospitality-forward mindset with a focus on delivering unique experiences for our Guests and Wine Club Members
- Self-directed and organized with an ability to manage a high level of detail across multiple projects and prioritize tasks when given clearly defined goals and objectives
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Restaurant, hospitality and/or special events experience a plus
