PRN Residential Support Staff -Direct Care
Schedule:
- ACP / CRA PRN - One on One Support Staff/ PRN as needed to cover shifts Days, Evening ,Overnights and weekend shifts
Location: Asheville, NC
Pay: Starting at $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- Provide safety and security of the facility both inside and outside doing hourly rounds
- Support residents in maintaining healthy sleep schedules
- Completes bed checks as needed
- Completes timely documentation
- Assists in cleaning and organizing of community spaces
- General knowledge of resident’s goals, build rapport, and provide support
- Administration of routine and as needed medications for residents ,work in the med room
- Problem-solve and work in crisis situations
- Communicate to shift staff for support when help is needed
Qualifications
- Candidates need to be at least 21 years old with a clear to acceptable driving record to be on CooperRiis driver insurance , Administration medical training a plus.
- Previous experience working in a residential community or transitional living program preferred
