Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Property Manager located in Norfolk, VA. The role involves overseeing day-to-day property management responsibilities, including lease administration, managing leases, conducting lease negotiations, maintaining tenant relations, and ensuring the overall property operations comply with company standards. The Commercial Property Manager will work closely with vendors, property owners, and tenants to deliver high-quality service and ensure smooth property operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Lease Administration, Lease Negotiations, and understanding of property leasing processes
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with tenants, property owners, and service providers
- Experience in Property Management, including day-to-day operations and handling of commercial properties
- Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in property management software and tools is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field is a plus
- Knowledge of local regulations and real estate laws is beneficial
