A leading institutional investment firm is seeking an Associate to join its U.S. Real Estate investment team. This is an outstanding opportunity to work alongside a high-performing global investment team focused on acquiring, managing, and growing a diversified U.S. real estate portfolio.
The successful candidate will relocate to the Middle East and gain exposure to large-scale direct investments, joint ventures, fund investments, and portfolio management across multiple real estate sectors.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate investment opportunities across the U.S. real estate market.
- Build and maintain detailed financial models, valuations, and investment analyses.
- Conduct commercial, financial, and operational due diligence.
- Prepare investment committee materials and presentation packs.
- Monitor portfolio performance and provide strategic recommendations.
- Work closely with external partners, fund managers, developers, and advisors.
- Support transaction execution from origination through closing.
- Research market trends, sectors, and macroeconomic developments affecting U.S. real estate.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of relevant experience within:
- Real Estate Private Equity
- Institutional Real Estate Investing
- Real Estate Investment Banking
- Real Estate Asset Management
- Real Estate Investment Management
- Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
- Experience analysing real estate transactions and investment opportunities.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics or a related discipline. CFA or graduate qualifications are advantageous.
