Opportunity

This Front of House Manager / Hospitality Director role is a hands-on leadership opportunity designed for individuals seeking a long-term partnership to make an impact with Chick-fil-A. This role plays a critical part in shaping culture, developing leaders, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

• Coaching and developing Shift Leaders to confidently run high-performing shifts
  
• Managing a team of 20 by setting clear expectations and holding people accountable to high standards
  
• Implementing systems to improve productivity, reduce labor waste, and steward profitability
  
• Partnering cross-functionally with Back of House to ensure smooth hand-offs and seamless guest experiences

• 2 years of experience developing and leading teams
  
• Experience leading teams of 40 team members
  
• Open availability (45-hour standard work week)
  
• Coach-player leadership mentality
