We’re seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Leader to own the success of our FOH or BOH operations. You will lead a team of 50–60 and empower your leadership team to drive high-performance results while maintaining a positive, healthy, and consistent culture.
Your Impact
- Lead and develop a team of directors, managers, and frontline employees.
- Drive operational excellence and consistently deliver outstanding service.
- Build and maintain a strong culture where expectations are high but achievable.
- Own key business metrics and identify trends to improve performance.
- Support onboarding and development of junior leaders to ensure operational success.
- Increasing overall restaurant results, working cross-functionally with other department leaders through attending weekly meetings and setting high-level collaborative goals.
Background Profile
- 2 years of Leadership experience
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- Hospitality experience (preferred)
- FOH or BOH Restaurant experience (preferred)
- Experience driving culture and operational performance simultaneously.
- Proven track record of developing others
