Role and Responsibilities:
- Serve guests with respect and urgency, ensuring fast Speed of Service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant
- Manage and lead a team to deliver exceptional hospitality
- Coach, teach, and train Team Members on policies and procedures
- Set and achieve team goals, celebrating successes
- Model hospitality with Team Members and Guests
- Develop and implement signature service offerings
Requirements:
- Prior Chick-fil-A Experience is a plus
- Hard-working, team-oriented, and customer service-oriented
- Reliable transportation
- Authorized to work in the United States
- At least 18 years old with a High School diploma
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Available to work weekends.
