Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Leadership Officer to join our leadership team at Chick-fil-A Capital Crossing. This is a high-level leadership opportunity for someone who is passionate about developing other leaders, driving results, and helping build an organization prepared for continued growth.

Working closely alongside the Owner/Operator, the Chief Leadership Officer will help develop and align a strong team of Directors, strengthen leadership systems and accountability, and contribute to the strategic direction of an $11M restaurant. This position is ideal for a humble, driven leader who combines a genuine heart for people with strong business acumen and the ability to influence others.

Your Impact

• Maintain a hands-on leadership presence in daily restaurant operations, working alongside the team and stepping into Front of House and Back of House operations as the business requires
  
• Work a flexible schedule and oversee restaurant operations across varying dayparts, ensuring excellence in food safety, hospitality, speed of service, quality, and operational execution
  
• Lead, coach, and develop a strong team of Directors across Front of House, Back of House, and Administrative functions
  
• Build a healthy, high-performance leadership culture centered on humility, accountability, trust, and results
  
• Develop leaders through intentional coaching, feedback, delegation, and individual development plans
  
• Partner with the Owner/Operator and senior leadership team to establish priorities, solve business challenges, and execute long-term goals
  
• Use restaurant metrics and business results to identify opportunities, create solutions, and improve performance
  
• Strengthen leadership systems and processes that create consistency and can scale as the organization grows
  
• Hold leaders accountable to performance expectations while maintaining strong relationships and a genuine investment in their development
  
• Drive profitability by identifying operational inefficiencies, improving productivity, reducing waste, and supporting strategic growth initiatives
  

Background Profile

• 4 years of high-level restaurant management
  
• Proven experience developing other managers and leaders
  
• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand restaurant performance, metrics, labor, and profitability
  
• Demonstrated ability to lead with humility, professionalism, and accountability
  
• Strategic thinker who can identify opportunities and take ownership of solutions
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and align other leaders
  
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
  
• Passion for Chick-fil-A's values
