Front of House Leadership Team Responsibilities:
- Participating operationally in the day-to-day activities of a high-volume fast-paced restaurant
- Honoring and encouraging others to honor the Chick-fil-A Corporate Purpose and the vision of Chick-fil-A Carraway Village
- Multitasking quickly, yet thoroughly
- Being team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
- Communicating effectively with guests and Team Members
- Offering the team encouragement to stay true to our 2nd Mile Service goals.
- Offering immediate and respectful responses to guest needs.
- Setting the tone for the shift and serving as a positive role model to the entire team.
- Opening and/or closing the store and leading shifts.
- Counting drawers and finalizing day.
- Remaining committed to learning new tasks and excelling in new roles.
- Adhering to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- Observing health and sanitation guidelines
- Contributing to the fun, fast-paced work environment
