- Delivering operational excellence, working through all areas to ensure a remarkable guest experience
- Building high performance teams, identifying and coaching leaders
- Manage a team of 50 , creating an inspiring vision, coaching and holding people accountable to high standards, and responsible for scheduling
- Maintaining a work environment that ensures and promotes food & team safety
Background Profile
- 2 years of leadership experience
- Monday - Saturday open availability (required)
- Bachelor's Degree or leadership experience equivalent
- Hospitality experience or Kitchen Leadership Experience
- Passion for service and care, and commitment to restaurant core values
