Operator Frankie Turner has served as an Owner/Operator for over 30 years and currently leads two thriving Chick-fil-A locations in Maryville and Alcoa. He has personally developed more than 15 leaders into Chick-fil-A Owner/Operators or LDP participants. Frankie is known for his exceptional culture, strong mentorship, and proven ability to grow future leaders.
Your Impact
