Schedules available: Multiple shifts available! Sundays required.
Compensation: $20.00/hour
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Working at a fast pace while maintaining safe working habits
- Selecting full cases of product in our warehouse, including freezer/cooler area, to fill customer orders using a using a scanning based system
- Perform final inspection of product and close lids of totes
- Organize, sort, and stack totes on pallets to facilitate loading of trucks
- Hand-load product from truck staging area onto trucks
- Operate powered equipment including walkie-rider pallet jacks, and possibly reach trucks, cherry pickers, etc.
- Performing physical labor that requires constant moving and frequent lifting, pushing and pulling of items up to 50 lbs throughout duration of shift
- Replenishing stock, stacking boxes, transporting product
- Working in an environment with varying temperatures
Qualifications:
- Team player
- Forklift and Pallet Jack experience
- Customer focused
- Safety-conscious with demonstrated safe working habits
- Highly dependable with a strong work history
- Reliable transportation to and from Cooper-Booth Wholesale
- Ability to lift, pull, push, stack, and carry items up to 50 lbs on a frequent basis
- Comfortable working in an upbeat, fast-paced environment
- Enjoys tasks that are repetitive in nature
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Language skills required: Fluent knowledge of the English language; including the ability to read and interpret written information and speak and understand verbal communication
