Job Description
Jackie Cooper Nissan is accepting applications for an experienced automotive retail sales manager at its Tulsa, Oklahoma store. As a Sales Manager, you’ll play a vital role in driving sales performance, coaching and motivating team, and ensuring exceptional customer experience. You’ll be responsible for overseeing daily dealership operations, developing effective sales strategies, and maintaining a positive, high-energy environment.
- Recruit, train and retain top sales talent. Set measurable performance standards.
- Understand the market and develop strategies for acquiring, managing and moving appropriate inventory.
- Manage the sales process from start to finish to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and maintain strong relationship with fixed operations department. Understand fixed operations and reconditioning center processes.
- Establish goals and lead department to consistently surpass goals.
- Empower employees to achieve maximum performance.
- Attend sales manager meetings
Qualifications
- Possess proven leadership and management tangible and intangible skills to train, develop and retain top talent. Previous automotive retail sales manager experience required.
- Professional appearance. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Be able to present orally to a public audience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Proven customer service skills.

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving history.
