Job Location: South Carolina (100% Onsite)
Job Type: Part-Time Contract (Approximately 28 hours/week)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce / TargetX CRM & Communications Specialist to support and manage CRM operations, automated email campaigns, and student recruitment communications.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, TargetX, and TargetX Communication Planner, particularly in creating, scheduling, maintaining, and troubleshooting automated email drip campaigns.
The specialist will also support the university's planned transition from Salesforce/TargetX to Slate CRM.
Required Qualifications
3 years of experience with Salesforce CRM.
3 years of hands-on experience with TargetX.
3 years of experience with TargetX Communication Planner.
3 years of experience creating and managing automated email/drip campaigns.
3 years of experience with Salesforce reports, dashboards, objects, fields, and data management.
3 years of experience troubleshooting CRM and email campaign issues.
Strong knowledge of email automation, audience segmentation, and campaign scheduling.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Salary : $55 - $60
