Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in requirements gathering, business process analysis, Agile/Scrum methodologies, Azure DevOps, and Quality Assurance/User Acceptance Testing (QA/UAT).
The selected candidate will support a large-scale HR Workflow Automation initiative, working closely with business stakeholders, HR subject-matter experts, development teams, and project management to modernize existing HR processes and implement efficient automated solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of professional experience in Business Analysis, Requirements Engineering, and Quality Assurance documentation.
- Strong experience gathering business requirements and preparing functional specifications.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for backlog management, user stories, sprint planning, and testing activities.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks.
- Experience in QA testing, test case development, defect management, and UAT coordination.
- Experience in business process improvement, workflow analysis, and process mapping.
- Understanding of relational database concepts, data analysis, and system integrations.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project.
- Excellent communication, documentation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent qualifying work experience.
Salary : $60 - $70
