- Monitor and coach technicians on a call-by-call basis using KPIs, and call reviews
- Improve average ticket, conversion rate, maintenance agreements, and customer satisfaction
- Partner with dispatch to optimize scheduling, routing, and call readiness
- Provide technical and sales coaching before and after service calls
- Review invoices, photos, and documentation for quality and consistency
- Identify training opportunities and collaborate with the training team
- Reinforce company processes, pricing integrity, and safety standards
- Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management of technicians
- 5 years of residential HVAC service experience preferred
- Prior leadership, mentoring, or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Proven track record of sales performance and client satisfaction
