Responsibilities

What Will I Do?

• direct, coach, and supervise service plumbers, as well as
• assist with service calls with your plumber for advanced troubleshooting.
• Provide customer service training to educate and assist Plumbers with regard to educating customers in choosing service/products, financing options, and handling customer relations.
• Provide technical support in the field, visit service jobs, to respond to escalated customer complaints
• ensure technician compliance with the company’s core values and purpose
  
  

Qualifications

Do I have What it Takes?

• At least five (5) years of residential Plumbing experience with diagnostic troubleshooting, repair & drain cleaning service, and installation
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proven leadership ability
• Keen ability to work accurately, efficiently, and manage multiple tasks with good work ethic
• Committed adherence and enforcement of the company’s core values and core purpose
• Intermediate computer skills
• Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Ability to fluently speak, read, and write in the English language
• Current GA state Journeyman or Master license
