What you’ll do:

• Welcome customers warmly and take orders with accuracy, process payments, and ensure prompt dispatch of delivery drivers
• Utilize your strong sales skills to recommend additional items or promotions to enhance the customer experience
• Keep the counter area tidy and sanitized to maintain a pleasant shop environment
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues with professionalism and efficiency
• Support inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring stock levels
  
  

What you bring:

• Education: High school diploma or GED
• Experience: Previous experience of counter sales or customer service is an asset
• Strong sales and upselling skills are essential
• Must be bi-lingual
• Ability to handle cash transactions and operate a cash register
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Basic understanding of retail math for calculating totals, discounts, and change
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
