What are the responsibilities and job description for the LPN-Home Care position at Cooley Dickinson VNA & Hospice?
- Graduate of an approved, accredited school of professional nursing required. Current licensure to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts required.
- Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Preference will be given to applicants with one (1) year experience in a home care/hospice setting or equivalent experience required. Demonstrated knowledge of homecare health regulatory and reimbursement requirements required. - Demonstrated good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills required. Demonstrated strong organizational and time management skills required.
- Current driver's license, good driving record and reliable transportation required.
