Your Role: What You’ll Be Doing
- Generate precise cost estimates for premium painting and coating projects
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to scope, plan, and price jobs
- Present detailed proposals, manage bid processes, and secure contracts
- Analyze blueprints and project specs to find cost-efficient solutions
- Ensure every project aligns with California environmental and safety standards
Minimum Requirements
- 5-7 years of estimating or sales experience in painting, coatings, or construction
- 1-2 years of in-home sales or B2B selling experience (home services a plus)
- A closer’s mindset with clear, confident communication skills
- Strong math and tech abilities, plus CRM or estimating software fluency
- Self-starter attitude with willingness to generate leads and work flexible hours
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Compensation & Schedule
- Earnings: $80K-$120K per year (100% Uncapped Commission)
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday with flexibility for client appointments
