Summary
The DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) Website Manager will own and oversee all aspects of Cooler Master’s direct-to-consumer website operations.
You will lead website updates, front-end and back-end improvements, coding and feature implementation, online sales strategy, and customer journey. The ideal candidate is both technical and strategic — someone who can code, analyze performance, and design initiatives that enhance sales and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Website Ownership & Development
- Manage and maintain the DTC website, ensuring performance, security, and scalability.
- Oversee all front-end and back-end updates (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or CMS-based) to enhance usability and design.
- Collaborate with developers or third-party vendors when needed to implement new features or integrations.
- Ensure mobile responsiveness, fast load times, and smooth checkout functionality.
Content & Merchandising
- Regularly update product listings, banners, and promotions.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital content and pages.
- Optimize the site layout, navigation, and UX to support conversion and engagement.
Digital Sales & Growth Strategy
- Develop and execute strategies to increase traffic, conversion rate, and AOV (average order value).
- Partner with marketing to plan campaigns, promotions, and product launches that drive DTC sales.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and create data-driven strategies for revenue growth.
SEO, SEM, and Analytics
- Implement on-site SEO best practices and maintain high search visibility.
- Collaborate with marketing on paid ad campaigns and measure ROI.
- Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tag Manager) to track user behavior and report performance insights.
Customer Experience
- Continuously improve the online shopping experience from homepage to checkout.
- Conduct A/B tests and conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives.
- Identify pain points and create solutions to enhance satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
- Expertise in Shopify platform management, including theme customization, app integrations, and performance optimization.
- Proven experience in growing in-house/company online store websites and driving ecommerce success.
- Must have built upon the website experiences
- Expertise in SEM and SEO, with a track record of improving website search rankings and visibility.
- Proficiency in running various paid ad campaigns, particularly with Google Ads and other digital advertising platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics for performance tracking and reporting.
- Ability to manage and optimize product listings, pricing, and inventory levels to maximize sales.
- Strong attention to detail, with an appetite to dive into the weeds and willingness to work with Cross-Functional team members
- In depth knowledge in check out process and touchpoints of the customer journey
- You are entrepreneurial, flexible, and can roll up your sleeves to help pick up on work – no task it too small
- Support website and campaigns end-to-end, from definition to launch and impact assessment
