Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse supervisor to join our team. This role involves supporting warehouse operations by shipping and receiving goods participating in quality assurance processes, operating warehouse equipment, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.


Key Responsibilities

Warehouse management:

  • Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping of goods.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and physical audits.
  • Quality Assurance: Participate in the inspection of inbound and outbound shipments to ensure product quality and accuracy.
  • Oversee the organization of the warehouse, ensuring items are stored efficiently and safely.
  • Coordinate with other departments to support business operations and optimize warehouse processes.
  • Operate and maintain order pickers, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition

Health, Safety, and Compliance:

  • Ensure the warehouse and facility comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Implement and maintain safety protocols, including fire safety measures and emergency preparedness.
  • Conduct safety training sessions and inspections to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.

Operational Support:

  • Assist in planning and organizing warehouse layout and facilities to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Support daily warehouse operations by coordinating equipment maintenance, managing staff schedules, and troubleshooting operational issues.
  • Monitor and track warehouse expenses and budgets to maintain cost-effectiveness
  • Leadership & Team Collaboration:
  • Create a culture of empowerment and excellence that encourages loyalty
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to complete assigned tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Providing coaching, mentoring, and feedback to team members


Qualifications:

  • Certification: Forklift Certification and experience required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in facility management or warehousing is a plus.
  • Familiarity with safety and regulatory compliance related to fire systems, HVAC, and warehouse operations.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team and work with external vendors.
  • Bilingual in both Mandarin and English is a plus
  • Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and other basic computer applications.
  • Driving Ability: Ability to drive trucks and forklifts within the facility as needed.


Physical Demands

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Capable of lifting 50 lbs or more and performing tasks that involve reaching, stretching, and other physical movements safely.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.

Position Details:

  • Employment type: Full Time
  • Base Salary: DOE
  • Year-end profit sharing
