- Represent the company professionally upon arrival to inform the customer about the gas work process, planned schedule, and time onsite.
- Complete all in-home and/or commercial installations/repairs and connections
- Communicate effectively with the customer and co-workers to provide any information on questions regarding gas system installations, maintenance, and repairs.
- Understand your service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding customers expectations and productivity goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck
- Participate actively in all training exercises, meetings, trade shows and retreats
- Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations
- Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, curbside feedback and data sheets
- Valid US Driver’s License
- 3 years of Gas Plumbing Experience
- Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check
- Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods
- Physical dexterity
