- Work independently, own your route, and represent Pioneer with professionalism.
- 3 years of residential electrical experience.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently, without being micromanaged.
- Generac Air Cooled Certification & TN Limited Licensed Electrician (LLE) Preferred
