What You'll Be Doing

As an HVAC Installer, you will:

• Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork
• Complete high-quality installations efficiently and professionally
• Read blueprints and layouts to ensure systems are installed properly and up to code
• Test systems and make adjustments to ensure proper operation
• Work closely with team members to complete projects on schedule
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
• Deliver a strong customer experience from start to finish
• Mentor and assist apprentices when needed
  
  

Qualifications

Required

• EPA Certification
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Strong understanding of HVAC installation practices
• Knowledge of ductwork, airflow, and system layouts
• Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams
• Experience with low-voltage wiring
• Ability to safely lift up to 100 lbs
  
  

Preferred

• 3 years of HVAC installation experience
• Experience testing and balancing systems
• Leadership or apprentice training experience
• Self-motivated, dependable, and organized mindset
