We are looking for an experienced HVAC Installer to lead residential retrofit and replacement installations. The ideal candidate has experience managing a two-person installation crew and enjoys coaching and developing helpers or apprentices.

Pay: $28.00-$35.00 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM, with overtime available as needed.

- Lead residential HVAC retrofit and system replacement installations from start to finish
- Train and support installation helpers or apprentices
- Perform equipment startup and verify proper system operation
- Answer customer questions and explain installed products and equipment
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout each project
- Report to the shop each morning, clock in using ServiceTitan, and prepare for scheduled installations
- At least 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience
- Previous lead installer experience preferred
- EPA Universal Certification required
- Experience training or mentoring installation helpers
- ServiceTitan experience is a plus
- Must have basic HVAC hand tools
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
- Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
