What are the responsibilities and job description for the Vice President of Clinic Operations position at Cookeville Regional Medical Center and Careers?
The Vice President of Clinic Operations is responsible for the strategy and direction of CRMC’s primary and specialty care physician clinics. Develops and implements new business initiatives in support of CRMC Pillars of Care. Manages the overall operations of CRMC Clinic Operations including contract negotiations, analysis, and compliance activities in support of the clinic operations strategies, business, and financial plans. Ensures the negotiation of appropriate contract rates with established deadlines a financial target. Provides our organization with accurate and current outpatient clinic intelligence. Applies assessment results, regulatory changes, and impact of payor initiatives to support our organization’s goals and initiatives. Oversees the development and delivery of standard contracts metrics, reporting frequency and delivery of reports to measure performance.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required with 5-10 years of progressive management experience in an outpatient physician clinic setting required with preference to experience in a multi-specialty physician setting. Position also requires a strong understanding of hospital finance, physician clinics' operation, billing and practice management.
