Location: 728 E 15th St, Cookeville, TN 38501 (shop-based) Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
About the Role Cookeville Kitchen Sales is hiring a Countertop Fabricator to build postform laminate countertops in our Cookeville shop. This is a hands-on production role with a steady weekday schedule and minimal overtime.
What You'll Do
- Fabricate postform laminate countertops from start to finish
- Measure, cut, and assemble using hand and power tools
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Work alongside the shop team to meet production schedules
What You'll Need
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure
- Hands-on experience with power tools such as staple guns, routers, and jig saws
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs occasionally
- Reliable attendance and a team-minded attitude
- Willingness to learn, we'll train on the specifics of postform fabrication beyond the basics above
Compensation & Benefits
- $17–$20/hour, depending on experience
