Cook Solutions Group (CSG) is looking for a Full-Time Project Administrator to join our Kent, Washington Center. This position will be responsible for assisting the Project Manager through the entire coordination process on customer projects
Location: Kent, WA. This position requires the individual to be onsite in office 3 days a week with a hybrid option for 2 days after initial training is completed.
Salary: $25 - $27 hour DOE
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Supports Project Manager through the installation process.
- Manages initial job activation and tracking.
- Creates job folders, orders and tracks electrical permits.
- Coordinates with purchasing and warehouse teams to track parts status.
- Maintains job status board and provides updates as needed.
- Supports PM in planning and facilitating weekly installation meeting.
- Tracks job completions and performs initial job closing reviews.
- Coordinates necessary change orders with customers, technicians, and the Project Manager.
- Communicates with customers on job status as needed.
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
Education/Experience/Qualifications:
HS Diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelors degree preferred. Two-three years related experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
