Cook Plumbing is looking for a dependable and hardworking Service Plumber Helper to support our service technicians in delivering high-quality plumbing work. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get started in the plumbing trade and grow their skills in a hands-on environment. We are looking for someone willing to learn the trade and go out on their own on service calls after training.
Responsibilities
- Assist service plumbers with repairs, installations, and maintenance
- Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and service vehicle
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers when needed
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
- Perform basic plumbing tasks under supervision

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly, up to 100 lbs occasionally, and work in various environments (crawl spaces, outdoors, etc.)
- Clean, professional appearance (uniforms provided)
- Comfortable using a smartphone for job-related tasks such as invoicing and collecting payment
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-service mindset
- Valid, clean driver’s license required
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude
