What You'll Do
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently
- Greet customers and visitors with a friendly, welcoming attitude
- Assist customers in both English and Spanish
- Help route customers to the appropriate department
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties
- Assist with dealership communications
- Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
