What You'll Do
As a Front Desk Agent, you'll be the first and last impression our guests have of our hotel. Your role is essential in creating a welcoming, comfortable, and memorable stay.
Responsibilities include:
- Warmly greeting guests and providing outstanding customer service
- Managing guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Answering phone calls and assisting guests with questions and requests
- Processing reservations, modifications, and cancellations
- Handling guest payments and maintaining accurate accounts
- Providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services
- Resolving guest concerns professionally and promptly
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area
