Looking for a steady, full-time position with a mix of customer interaction and independent work? We’re hiring a dependable Customer Service Associate to assist customers, process orders, and help keep our store running smoothly.
Job Objective: Provide dependable, customer-focused service while supporting daily store operations in a role that balances independence and teamwork. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership of their work while collaborating with a supportive team to keep operations running smoothly—including assisting customers, processing orders, answering phones, and maintaining an organized, welcoming environment.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Provide friendly, helpful customer service to customers in person, over the phone, and via email
- Assist walk-in customers with product questions, pricing, and placing orders
- Answer customer questions and help with orders, quotes, and general inquiries
- Enter customer orders accurately
- Share any customer concerns or feedback with management
- Help keep the showroom and stock areas clean, organized, and welcoming
- Assist with receiving and putting away incoming product deliveries
- Help monitor inventory and communicate low stock or overstock items
- Assist with inventory counts as needed
- Process customer payments (cash, check, credit card)
- Support daily store operations and assist the team as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
